If there's an option to pay directly through eBay and not paypal I'd recommend doing that to be safe. Most of the times these offers rely on being automatically triggered so if the charge shows as paypal it might not trigger or even qualify, even if it's for a ebay transaction.

If I wanted to sell 200k rewards points
around how much cash can I get?

From my research it wasn't worth it for me to use points for flights. I usually fly economy and purchase the cheapest nonstop ticket available.

I'm flying Miami to Argentina next month.

When paying through PayPal, the merchant is identified as PayPal and not eBay. I assume this will not trigger the bonus.

Careful- many of us are used to using paypal with ebay. I'm pretty sure you have to add your enrolled amex directly into ebay to make this work.
