Paypal has 13% CB for Vitamix on my account, not sure if it's targeted. Might want to check your Paypal deals section.

Ordered mine from QVC on 1/23/11 in red and it's done nothing but absolutely murder whatever I've put into it. Other blenders are just a waste of money.

Thanks OP! Just ordered an A3500. I applied code VITAMIX15 for an additional 15% off

Update - it appears the code has been invalidated. :-/

Thanks. I used my $70 off coupon from the Vitamix class action lawsuit.

I got the 48oz container that used to be $154.95. I joined the rewards program for free shipping. I used 5% cashback from discover to pay and 13% cashback from eBay. In the end I paid $32.57 before cash back. That will be $26.71 after.

Do the new ones have tampers? Was looking for a 5200, which is the recommended one by some reviews I saw.

Is anyone able to confirm that the 13% PayPal cashback works on this deal?
I went all the way through PayPal checkout and didn't see any mention of 13% cashback being applied.

Costco bundles are for the Explorian E320. It is a lighter duty and noisier introductory model. It may blend fine but after comparing I want the full size 7500 or an Ascent. E320 can skate across the counter when blending. I bought three last month of the refurb E320 for friends $190 before discount, 3 yr warranty. The 7500 new with 7 yr is clearly a better blender imo than Costco for the same money. Warranty is everything with Vitamix imo. Vitamix will pick it up, restore to new performance and return it in under two weeks during the warranty. I don't typically buy extended warranties but I feel confident that I will get my monies worth especially with rising costs. If you blend often and make use of the power to liquify tough produce and then there is a good chance of requiring service within 3 years. $300-425 before discount codes for a full size 7500 or Ascent with 6-8 year warranty seems like the sweet spot to me. Buying new over refurb offers no advantage that I can see. It's all about the warranty. Ascent may be worth paying slightly more if the features are appealing but the extended warranty may be even more important.

Reviews: I would ignore them. Specs have changed. All the containers are now dishwasher safe with better blades and seals. All modern containers fit the 7500 although there is no size detection. My 2012 7500 operates more smoothly and is quieter than my 2021 7500 which requires hearing protection but they blend the same. The dial potentiometer now feels cheap; the 2021 got notchy and was replaced at one year. The safest bet is to assume that the blender will require service before the warranty is out and pay accordingly. Negative reviews are almost always user error. The 64 oz low container liquifies produce fine when used as directed. People fail to cover the blades with liquid or fail to ramp up the speed to max right away or fail to load in correct order or fail to use the tamper.

Never going to be offered glass at this speed and power for safety reasons.

I bought a reconditioned one about 4 years ago on this same kind of sale from them. I'm on my 3rd return. LOL the motor breaks all the time. I basically blend frozen bananas with coconut milk and some collagen powder. I even have a surge protector on it.

I will say when the warranty runs out next year and it breaks I will switch and try a BlendTec.
Are you dropping in the frozen with the machine already running at full speed? If not this explains motor failure but so would having a model with a weaker motor not 12 amp 2.2 hp. Vitamix does not use cutting blades it uses blunt blades that depend on extreme speed and brute force. The other method is to place the frozen on top of soft ingredients so the motor can get up to full speed by the time frozen hits the blades. FYI the model number is the VM number on the label.

Same here. I clicked through PayPal "shop now" and then completed the purchase, paid using PayPal (and nonpaypal credit card).

I do not see any pending gold coins in PayPal. I did read that it can take at least a day for pending to show. Maybe it is because the transaction is pending vitamix approval?

So I purchased at 9pm last night and got a paypal email about pending rewards at 4:30am. so it will take awhile but can confirm the 13% CB works.
