Will this work for current Tracfone users to keep the original phone numbers? Do they have to be activated in the near future to be used? I don't need this right now but will need it after 6 months. Thanks!

What happens if this Android phone uses up the 1500MB data? Will the data be cut off immediately? Or downgrade to 2G speed? or top up automatically using the credit card during the activation?
