But here's the best part: Ironically, Google Pixel phones are IDEAL for de-Googling as they can have custom ROMs (like CalyxOS) on them, and have their bootloader re-locked once said custom ROM is installed, allowing it to be fully hidden from the watchful eyes of 'Big Tech' and remain very secure. It can be a bit clunky every so often, but is totally worth the effort!
If you don't like that experience, it's VERY easy to re-image the 6a to stock.

Edit: I didn't have trade in problem with Google in the past. My concern is that the current trade in value is a mistake and they don't honor it later.
S10 changed screen last year, still going good. Past pixel/nexus always go wrong on battery. Not sure how these days.
