Been using mine for the last year with no issues. I just bought the 12th gen i3-1220p version posted on here last week.
Can you tell us if the usb-c has displayport and power delivery function?
Also if HDMI is really only 1.4 or is it actually 2.0? I have seen many recent laptops being advertised with 1.4 but it's actually 2.0. You would need a 4K 60hz monitor or similar type monitor requiring the higher bandwidth of 2.0 to test this out.
It may be acceptable for me to go with the 11th gen cpu if i can get ips over TN. But if 11th gen also compromise on ports then that might be harder swing
