In credit karma app just look for Apple Card offer. It should clearly state the terms if applying for the card. In Apple wallet app "view Daily Cash" to see the Nike offer.

Man just missed the 100 bonus but was able to get the 75 Nike bonus. Great deal especially if you're getting a card to finance the new iPhone at 0 apr

The Nike deal is definitely for everyone who opened a card within the past 30 days. There are signs in the Nike store as well with more details.
