Costco refunds the difference in price for all purchases made upto a month before the product goes on sale. Like someone else said you just need to stand inline

Week nights 30-45 minutes before close is the best time found for returns and other service.

Every kid is different -- I will say though that 420 newborn diapers actually sounds insane -- we maybe used 80 before our kids outgrew them and moved up to size 1. The other numbers sound a little more realistic.
This was my experience as well. Newborn size is small. Larger size 1 can work well and hold poop no problem. The baby doesn't move around much in the first few months so size 1 will work.

Since we're already talking diapers and Costco - can some of your experienced folk throw some light on the wipes from Kirkland? We've been using Honest and Dyper ones but nearing time for a replenishment. Kirkland or no Kirkland?
Kirkland used to be awesome. Off late they have reduced the thickness of the wipes- shrinkflation perhaps. But still better than comparative brands.

I certainly didn't use 420 newborn diapers but my little one was really tiny. We did use quite a few of the newborn Huggies which were only available as a combo with size 1.
People told us just 1 pack and whatever the hospital gives us at delivery will suffice but that wasn't true for us.

In fact we had multiple pediatrician appointments early due to a complication and the nurse gave a few premie diapers as newborn was big for her in her 2nd week!

16months and in size 3. Gosh I can't get over those early days I'm almost tearing up. I guess becoming a dad makes you a softie 😭

OR you can use the below link and click Request a Price Adjustment. It's a pretty easy process.

That's for online orders. B&M, gotta stand in line.

Difference is, you are buying Great Value/whatever sam's calls their brand for their version of Walmart trash. Just to see if I can save some $, I tried Sam's diapers years ago for my son and recently, again for my daughter. Both times, the quality proved to be lower than Costco branded ones, Huggies, Seventh Generation etc. Most noticable in how the Sam's junk leaks or seeps through the material and let's the liquid bits out from shit.
We've been using Member's Mark diapers for 3 years now and never had an issue. Neither on our son nor our daughter.

These are made by Huggies. My understanding is that they are the best "store brand" diapers.
We've tried them before too but it's not like "omg night and day difference!!1//1/1" For the same price, sure Kirkland/Costco wins but normal price on these is $44-45 vs. $36.xx for the Member's Mark.

These are good diapers for non walkers. Once child was walking and running around, I found the diapers would not fit as well and tend to bunch up. We noticed on the size 5 diaper, the absorbing pad moves around and didn't stay flat or in place. But definitely recommend sizes 1-4. At the price you can't go wrong.

Size 7 for a 16 month old? I really hope your kid isn't 40+ lbs at 16 months.

Let the great diaper discussion begin. Just had a baby girl…going to load up for the year.
Don't forget the mama bear post for amazon ones. You get extra 15% off with your registry discount if its still got a round left. With the slickdeal codes and tricks it became a lot cheaper than this one.

This is good to know. One of my gripes with Dyper is the wipes don't come up when the last one is pulled out. Can't go looking for the next one with an accidental messed up finger or two and in low light. If they're still better than the competition then we'll give it a try soon.

Tried these once, wasn't a big fan at all. I'd rather spend a bit more and get the huggies they have at Costco instead. Definitely a noticeable difference in quality, IMO.
hardly any difference, costco is a few months behind the copying system, and they definitely have improved their designs, the current version has changed as of this year, you're getting different diapers than what you're accustomed to.

cheapest = best unless you leave your kid soiled all day, then pay more for something a little better..... and at best, it'll only be a little better.

get a spray head for your toilet, other than that, costco versions are a bit large for my liking, but avoid wipes if possible and use water, you'll get the kid much cleaner and can use regular tp to dry off.

any type of wipes should last for an extremely long time, one or two boxes a year at most.

The colder months don't sound too promising with the sprayer. We do alternate between washing off and the wipes now but the temperature drops are beginning to show.
