Costco refunds the difference in price for all purchases made upto a month before the product goes on sale. Like someone else said you just need to stand inline

Week nights 30-45 minutes before close is the best time found for returns and other service.

Tried these once, wasn't a big fan at all. I'd rather spend a bit more and get the huggies they have at Costco instead. Definitely a noticeable difference in quality, IMO.
this. i bought the costco diapers a month ago and they left lint all over my baby's skin including private area. switched to huggies because of that.

We've been using target brand, couple blow outs but that's gonna happen with a newborn I feel regardless of brand. I didn't do the maths on this but target is usually 14.x cents each oh I see it's 15cents for these. Dealing, hope I don't get the lint issue tho

Only deal that's better is MamaBear brand from Amazon IF you can get 20% off using subscribe and save. We are able to utilize the 20% and it comes to $24.79 for 196 diapers. We've been using MamaBear for over a year now and they have been great, I was previously a Huggies snob. Can't be the price of these for the quality though!

It is also 2 per size.
Greatest thing with costco is the long return policy.. when my kid grew out of a size i had the next size on hand and was able to return the unused boxes. Each kid grows different so you never know how long they will be at each size.

This guy gets it. I don't know why people keep saying costco is the best bang for their buck. Look at the target website at regular priced up & up diapers. Cheaper for more per box even with this sale, plus 5% off with redcard, free shipping, additional savings for a year if you create a baby registry (don't have to buy anything plus a free sample gift), and frequent sales (current one is $20 gift card with $100 purchase). Wait for the target sales, stack up all the specials, then stock up. I have been using this brand with my daughter since she was born and is now on size 4. I used to also buy wipes from them, but something has changed and I switched to sams club for those (haven't calculated their wipe pricing just yet).

I believe they're similar to huggies. We've been using them for our two children and love them, but everyone has their own preference.

I don't recall seeing these for sale in quite awhile, so I'll have to pick up a couple of boxes.
Yeap I was going to log online to say something along the lines of this.

My kids are older now and I'm not sure how much has changed. But people used to rave about the Kirkland diapers.

I don't remember if we got a box as a gift or what. But I thought they were more similar to Huggies which I personally wasn't a fan of and liked Pampers more, which is what the hospital started us out with. If it's still the same (and assuming I don't have the brands mixed up) Pampers were more soft and clothlike. While Huggies has more of a plasticy feel. Your baby might not care or notice the difference.

So I think we ended up returning it and thought it was cool how Costco let us return it even though it was an open box and we used some diapers already. And I'm pretty sure it was a gift and we didn't have a receipt.

But yeah, I thought they were really similar to Huggies if you have a preference.

btw reading through the comments, I think blow outs might've been a factor too but can't remember for sure since it's been a while.

And congrats and good luck to all of the new parents and soon to be new parents! I lurked on Slick Deals for a while, since the early 2000s. But got more active on it when starting to shop for kids stuff. The Target car seat clearances used to be some of the best savings but haven't really seen them as much lately.(but also haven't been following as much) But great tips on here about products like in this thread and deals in general.

I know these are not slick but curious any other thoughts for higher end, chemical free, chlorine free diapers? Just curious other peoples experiences besides the brand mentioned. We have a 6 week old boy who poops a lot. We were gifted some Coterie diapers and these are by far the best but wow are they expensive. We have tried Pampers pure, honest and Millie & Moon. We did not care for Honest, had leaks and a diaper rash. Pampers pure was okay at first but not compared to Coterie. We really like the combo of quality with the Millie & Moon. Don't mind paying a little extra for the best quality, ideally on a deal. If it can keep chemicals off our sons body, prevent leaks & blowouts, diaper rash and give a little extra sleep being more absorbent then it is worth it. Aquaphor has been a go to for helping cleanup and diaper rash. Also per some wipe questions, happy with kirkland brand wipes but really like the rico ones they have too at Costco. Also changing them asap helps cleanup too, diaper rashes and keeping him happier.

We usually get Kirkland brand until Huggies are on sale. I will say we prefer the Huggies and they feel more premium but honestly the Kirkland brand is just about as good. And it looks like Kirkland is adding back the extra secondary fasteners on the side to help them stay snug.

Huggies always has these and they definitely seem to help. I know a lot of people were disappointed when Kirkland switched manufacturers and took those away so its good that they brought them back.

Can't go wrong with either and when Kirkland is on sale it's def a no brainer.
When did Kirkland diapers put the extra secondary fasteners back? This is great news!

Can you return unopened boxes? Just came home with a newborn and thinking of trying these vs pampers.
