Avoid them at all cost. Fake shell company with Las vegas address. They are all located in China. Dealing with them took WEEKS to do a simple return. They gave me hard time. Charging takes FOREVERRRRRR

I didn't have the same CS experience (quick responses but lots of back and forth), but I did end up returning the EB55 I bought because there was some built in limiter that prevented me from charging faster with two 100W GoLabs solar panels in parallel (barely faster than a single panel).

I second this. I recently bought a EB3A Power Station and filed for return. The return process had to go through Bluetti, Not Amazon. Their customer service person threatened me not to issue a return until I justified my return. However, on the Amazon website, it clearly stated free return for any reason. I won't bother to deal with this company in the future.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. I went to their Las Vegas location a few months back during the EB3A sale. It is a small front office with a large back warehouse. Customer service was great for me as I had no issues with my return.

Yeah I've seen a lot of youtube campers and overlanders recommend Bluetti batteries.

Home Depot has the Nature Power 550 Whr 500W power station for $199 semi-regularly (e.g. hereand here). That's a slightly bigger capacity and a much bigger inverter. It's not clear what charge controller it has if any though.

Bought a Bluetti refurb from their eBay store. The unit itself was like new, but the power supply was really loud, besides the fan noise their was a whine, so used the eBay return system to return it, no issues

Mostly because they get paid and also get free products - not necessarily because they are actually any good. Same with Jackery and several other brands.

How does that one have a "much bigger inverter"?

Th Bluetti AC50s in the OP is a 300W inverter. The Nature Power is a 500W inverter.

Ah, but the Nature Power is LioN. Much better deals on 540Wh LiFEPo4 stations, on Amazon.

For example, I got a 500W 540Wh LiFEPO4 Power Station, off Amazon (3rd Party seller) for $179 AC 2x. The brand is as "unknown" as Nature Power, and its a much better deal, being LiFEPO4 and less costly.

I just returned the Nature Power solar generator . The device did not accept Solar charge. Even during full sun with a top quality solar panel
