Are these similar to Weber cubes? Can they be used in Weber grills?
These are particularly designed for the Masterbuilt gravity charcoal smokers. But I imagine they will work the same if just using to get a regular grill going. They easily light with a stick lighter and have no odor.
I've been using large cotton balls and 70% isopropyl alcohol to what my charcoal for years. No smoke no smell. Works great!
Same, I used to buy starter cubes and stuff but they're too expensive. Got a pack of 100 cotton balls and a bottle of 91% isopropyl for like $5 and it'll last me forever. It also stays lit for just as long as a fire cube.
I picked up a couple boxes awhile back. I want to say $3-4 a box? They work well but when they are gone I'll just use a torch on my 1050 to start it. At the $3 price yes but $5 Naw
