SD'ers beware... I own 2 of these, and after a little bit of use you have to bang them on something hard to turn on. Also there is some kind of low voltage cutoff, and don't turn on easily after recent use if the battery is low.... but of course YMMV.

The previous post (just a few days ago) on those 2 Eveready headlamps for $10 was a better deal for sure. Those were 300 lumens rechargeables. They're also a REALLY bright 300 lumens, as well. Some of these lumen claims you see on these no-name generic lights from China are overstated... but those Eveready lights are every bit of 300 lumens. Here's the deal if you're interested (may want to drop it in your Amazon cart to see if they ever drop back to $10, again).
Also, didn't see it mentioned anywhere in this thread, but apparently the Energizer headlamp is 380 lumens.

SD'ers beware... I own 2 of these, and after a little bit of use you have to bang them on something hard to turn on. Also there is some kind of low voltage cutoff, and don't turn on easily after recent use if the battery is low.... but of course YMMV.
