Jib True (version 1) was sold at Walgreen's for $10 back in 2020
Jib True XT2 later came out w/higher rated battery life and Tile compatibility, sold exclusively at Walmart
Jib True 2 is ?same as XT2 but sold at other retailers
So these are essentially Walmart returns, just FYI

After a little googling I was able to find a Reddit thread that helped. Turns out the instructions on the manual were slightly incorrect and you have to tap both buttons at the same time four (4) times instead of three (3) like the manual said (while both buds were unpaired and disconnected). Doing that made them pair al.os instantly and they've been working great ever since.
Hope this helps anyone that repped this deal. Cheers!
PS: I'd be more than happy to link to the Reddit thread to credit the OP but I'm not sure if it's allowed.

I'm tech savvy but after like 6 short uses they wouldn't pair simultaneously anymore.
I tried everything trust me.
Even different devices, even far away from civilization. Even unpaired and charged a bunch of times. Either one would pair or the other, but not both.
I'm sure I could have done a reset if I hacked into it, but with free returns I didn't want to waste any more time.
Otherwise they work great for the price.
I would never spend more on ear buds, and my $50 Hesh 2 wireless headphones also fit the bill.
I know for a fact that it costs Apple less than $5 to mass produce their buds. Although most companies spend less, the difference in technology isn't worth the extra hundred bucks or so.
Most people can't even notice the difference.
Not comparing it to a $10 pair ear buds because cheap electronics come with their frustration, but overspending doesn't always guarantee the best product.
Most Apple users don't even know the specs of their products.
