Holy forking shirt shopping for electronics is a pain in the arse. I almost bought this last night before there were any comments but held off to see how people were going to trash it before spending the money. Glad I did since I specifically want 120 to hook a PC up to it.

Realistically if you're watching films, you don't want all the motion bells and whistles because it'll ruin the cinematic experience — the way the director intended audiences to view their work.
So if you're a film buff, this TV is still a great option. 500 bucks is a steal especially if you're a college student tryna decompress at home.

In summary: Great deal on a pretty good but not great TV. But at the $500 price point I think this is pretty slick guys.

Usually, you can just divide the "motion rate" by 2 and you'll get the refresh rate for the tv.
