When I'm in Japan, I honestly feel really embarrassed by how some Americans act and treat Japan as if it's America...it isn't America. Let's try to respect Japan and how many Japanese live while we're there. If you already do so, thank you
What I've seen that bothers my friends and family the most are -
1. LOUDNESS in public spaces. Talking on the phone, playing music too loud (even if you have headphones on, if someone sitting next to you can hear it, it's rude), talking to friends/family even.
2. CLEANLINESS. Don't litter. There aren't as many trash bins, so try to hold your trash until you can find one.
3. ETC. Don't skip lines. Keep PDA to a minimum.
As a rule of thumb, just do what other people do and you'll be extremely welcome and find Japan to be the beautiful and amazing country that it is. Japanese people love Americans for the most part, so let's continue to give them good reason to like Americans and treat the country and people with a good level of respect.
Is it possible to visit other countries i.e China/Korea during the stay?
This would come out to be cheaper than booking a direct flight to those destinations.

And not sure if I'm misunderstanding, but there are no meals on these flights except as an additional charge? Think I saw it was $80 for the standard upgrade. Will probably book something for March.
