Had the rainmachine for years and was able to use the app from anywhere and all the Alexa inegration remotely when not at home. Now, $30 per year to have the same level of access and NO consideration given to existing customers who have been using their product way before they added the 'Premium Service' plan on their Cloud Servers.
If these Ranchio units were available here in NC I'd gladly replace my RainMachine becuase I feel like they're holding previously free services for ransom and flipping their noses at their loyal customers.
