Great deal, just picked up one. I got the newer 4100 off Amazon recently, but don't care for it as the handle is smaller to hold & motor seems weaker.

YMMV, Also for those that have a Sam's Club membership, they are selling a dual pack of the 4300 series for $49.99. Also a $10 scan and go savings of the W3 (6—ct) or C2 (8-ct) brush heads ($50), making those $40.
Is that in store only? Online it looks like it is $80.

Just bought the Philips Sonicare 1100 for 19.99 is this one worth the upgrade
Quick disclaimer: I work at Philips

That being said, and being a frugal person, if you *just* bought it, I'd say maybe? Or try to return the 1100?
This model of the 4100 has a motor that offers twice as many brush movements per minute compared to the 1100 (62,000 vs 31,000), which is the same technology present on the $200+ models. Now if you were thinking of upgrading from the 4100 to the 5100 I would tell you it isn't worth it, but 1100 to 4100 is a pretty significant leap for that reason

Needs time machine! I got these last time for $49.99 last December at Sams' club!

Unnecessary. Just buy the kids size heads if absolutely necessary but my 5 year old has been using regular sized heads since 3.
Same here. My 4.5 year old has been using this for the past year (since the last time this deal popped up). I do all the brushing though. Kids don't brush well until they're much older.

I find all the different models of Sonicares confusing. What's the difference between a 4100 and 4500? I saw that Costco has the HX6829/30 (which I think is 4500), "optimal clean" 2-pack on sale for $69. Any significant difference for the extra $10?

What's typically the best deal on replacement brushes?

How are these to travel with?

Thanks!

The 4500 has different brushing modes and a travel case which the 4100 doesn't have, so it might be worth the extra $10 if you'll be traveling with it often

I believe the 4100 actually replaced the Sonicare 2 Series

Where do you see it for 59.99, I'm seeing it for 79.99 (https://www.samsclub.com/p/philip...od22070494)

Am I misunderstanding? Using my account, the Sams Club sale price for two is $80, not $50. If you have a better price showing at SamsClub.com, could you please share the link? Thanks.
