The trick is to tell service rep to go to Staples.com not to staplesconnect.
Sequence is:
Staples.com -> Deals->Weekly Ad page 8 and click desired model to select variant.
If you are polite and lucky they won't check in stock for staples - like mine didn't. Also you could counter the sale or timed sale by simply saying Target itself issues its own Weekly Ad so Staples is more or less same
Calling worked better than chat.

I don't have luck with Target, My chat last night and this morning both agent said the same it doesn't price match.
I am so glad I can get it and able to do the local pick up.
