I was able to order 2 Gen 2's in bestbuy and went to the store and picked up 2 Gen 1's in Staples. If anyone is interested in Gen 1's, I can ship them for you.. else i am planning to return them back to the store

For what it's worth, my store didn't have the 40mm in stock but they had the 44mm SE in stock for $159. Was looking to get one as a gift and ended up an extra for myself.

Came back to report, after the 4th or 5th attempt with bestbuy, I got a rep to price match. got 2 series 7, 2 different colors. at 279.

Guys, don't burn your time. Couple of months ago (when even watch8 was not launched), Costco was selling watch 7 green color for $279, so you will get many such opportunities to buy Watch7 for $279 or less. In fact I remember some reputed seller from eBay was selling open box watch7 in very mint condition around $230.

If someone is scoring SE2 for $129, then it's a great deal, but SE1 for $129 is no for me, considering thanksgiving is around.

If you are able to score it easily then good, but don't waste hours calling and driving to stores.

Seriously not worth the time. You'd think you were price matching the money straight outta their pockets and they won't be able to feed their 8 kids
