There was some weirdness with the chat app and navigating around. I recommend opening a new window to complete the transaction (or just order it ahead of time and keep the order number). Midway through the transaction I got bumped to a new rep and had to start over, but they also confirmed the eligibility.

Just told them to look at the flyer online.
They charged 179.99 and awaiting partial refund for the difference. Something about their systems not working properly and needing to issue a partial refund separately.
