0) BE POLITE any and all times you are talking to a customer agent or anyone working in the service industry. You always get better service and you don't ruin someone's day.

2) Chat with agent from this link, not from price match page (click 'other' then 'chat now'): https://www.bestbuy.com/contact-u...tion=other
3) Tell them you want to price match staples without mentioning the item, when they ask what item send them the item link not the model number so you reduce the chance they spot the model number difference.
4) When they ask for the link of the staples item, tell them this: it's www.staples.com then click deals -> weekly ad -> page 8
5) They'll go and check for a few minutes. If they come back and deny the price match, thank them politely, end the chat, and start from step 1 again!

They send me payment link via Text for $169.99 because the system would not let him put it as 129.99 then he said order it and will issue $40 refund once done. I did. Somehow the goddam chat refreshed on my page and was gone. Now I have the ordered watch for $169.99 but no $40 refund. So I talk with another rep to reconnect me and he said no chat transcript exists for my order. I swear to god man this is unreal. Now telling me I have to cancel order and start again.
