3) Tell them you want to price match staples without mentioning the item, when they ask what item send them the item link not the model number so you reduce the chance they spot the model number difference.
4) When they ask for the link of the staples item, tell them this: it's www.staples.com [staples.com] then click deals -> weekly ad -> page 8
5) They'll go and check for a few minutes. If they come back and deny the price match, thank them politely, end the chat, and start from step 1 again!

Nonetheless, it seems that above certain amount credit the chat rep could only submit a refund request pending review. I got an email from them saying that it is being reviewed for a $250 price difference, and I did not expect they would grant it.
