RESPAWN-2000 is very tempting but not sure if I could live with the angled front edge

I've had the 3010 for over a year now and although it is low quality, my Son loves it and it is an amazing deal nonetheless. here are my observations:

1. Lots of the screws did not line up. Make sure you put them in loosely and you will still have to tweak them to get them in. Most of this is associated with the assembly of the legs and mating that to the top.
2. Be ready to go to your local hardware store for missing screws. We had 2 missing with the last desk.
3. The top is thin vinyl laminate and does not take heat well. When we moved him to college the top delaminated and completely bubbled in the heat of the moving truck. 24 hours in air conditioning and it returned to normal.
4. Height adjustment is hydrolic and is pretty smooth. Release lever is mounted with VERY small screws and will pull out. I sunk some larger screws in it after the first day. It's a bit awkward to pull the front lever and then grab the side to pull it up and down, but you get used to it.

Like it well enough to buy another today.

To answer a different question...the shelf won't support two monitors natively, but it's strong enough to clamp a dual arm to!

NOO WAYY!! Out of no where FedEx just came by and delivered box 1 of 2 just now! So I got both boxes for the L desk! I did not think this was possible considering the shipping conformation just said 1 box shipped.

Put me into the missing the entire tabletop, speaker stands, and monitor shelf bin. I guess I'm SoL in getting those parts shipped to me based on earlier comments. Gonna DIY-it and going to take the table top off my son's old computer desk and slap it the pneumatic legs and frame. A hassle but I'll make it work.

Got my desk assembled (sans components that require screws) and so far I'm pretty pleased with it. Noticed the sticker underneath says "manufactured October 2020" so it seems like they've been sitting in inventory for awhile...

Looks like I got off comparatively easy on this one. 3010 arrived after being delayed endlessly by FedEx, box beat to all hell. Only issues seem to be a small chip in the tabletop and missing instructions. For anyone needing the instructions, a copy can be found here - https://www.manualshelf.com/manua...glish.html
