I've had the 3010 for over a year now and although it is low quality, my Son loves it and it is an amazing deal nonetheless. here are my observations:

1. Lots of the screws did not line up. Make sure you put them in loosely and you will still have to tweak them to get them in. Most of this is associated with the assembly of the legs and mating that to the top.
2. Be ready to go to your local hardware store for missing screws. We had 2 missing with the last desk.
3. The top is thin vinyl laminate and does not take heat well. When we moved him to college the top delaminated and completely bubbled in the heat of the moving truck. 24 hours in air conditioning and it returned to normal.
4. Height adjustment is hydrolic and is pretty smooth. Release lever is mounted with VERY small screws and will pull out. I sunk some larger screws in it after the first day. It's a bit awkward to pull the front lever and then grab the side to pull it up and down, but you get used to it.

Like it well enough to buy another today.

To answer a different question...the shelf won't support two monitors natively, but it's strong enough to clamp a dual arm to!

Looks like they've completely removed the 3010 and 2000 desks from their website. I guess they're really getting out of the desk business. I hope they can get my replacement hardware to me so I can build my desk. I managed to find a pdf manual though so if they can't I suppose I could always try Home Depot for the hardware. Just hope it doesn't come to that.

I would agree. I was looking at unboxing videos and saw a couple comments one from 3 months ago and one from a month ago saying they only got 1 box as well off of the site. So not sure how they been going about this all this time. I as well hope they fix this. I was so excited to upgrade my desk but cant really do that with just half the build.

I looked in to this on Sunday and it might be possible but wouldn't be optimal because a number of the bolts have a recessed access for allen keys that makes them sit flush with the desk... everything I saw at Home Depot would protrude.

But if they ignore our emails... I guess that's what we have to try, right?

Haven't heard back yet but that's not promising. It's gonna be pretty annoying if we're just stuck with desk components... should we try to source "close enough" items ourselves?

Heads up that Home Depot seems to have most, if not all, of the correct bolts. Haven't checked other components yet.

Didn't see them at Lowe's.

Thank you. I briefly checked online and saw some of them there. Will make a list of what's absolutely necessary, don't really need those side bits of blue colored plastic, and go check after work today.

Jeez, buying this hardware is going to cost more than the desk would have...

EDIT - Got all of the bolts, none of the screws for side accessories, and that plus a set of allen keys came to $62ish. Still a good deal but what a hassle...

One note - I wasn't exactly sure what to do for replacing part K so I ended up buying some flat washers that will hopefully work out.

There are also options on Amazon that include a variety of bolt sizes. Illlook into those too.
