Watch out for poor customer service support and high part/service fees of this name brand. Got burnt once and staying away from this manufacturer for good. Just FYI.
I purchased this a few months ago, very disappointing. Constant problems with the igniters, a lot of the parts are rusting on it already.
I've seen reviews of similarly released Cuisinart pellet grills and other items. All with the same reports of rusting after short periods. Probably the biggest reason I stay away from them on this round.
Previously they had a few round pellet grills. Those I think are simply rebranded ZGrills grills, and those should be fine. But if I can't figure out for myself who they rebrand things from, I must assume their own production made it and the materials are subject to problems.
Shame, because I do like the design and look of them.
Bought this exact grill last year when it went on sale. It has been working great!
Had a little bit of trouble with the lighters at first for a couple of the grill elements, but after manually adjusting them so the spark distance wasn't as wide they work like a charm.
I mostly cook steaks, when I can afford them, on this grill and I sometimes cannot get as good of a sear on the steaks. I don't think it reaches as high of a temp as my old grill. I just break out the sous vide gun and finish the sear off.
Not available near me, but I already have this same grill (bought last year on sale...probabky a bit more than this). Great grill. There was 2 parts slightly damaged, they shipped me a whole section of parts (not just the 2 I needed).
I have this and it has been working great. Had a little bit of trouble with the igniters at the begining as they were pointed away from the burners after adjusting those no issues. I converted it to use Natural gas.
I have this grill. I bought it from Walmart last winter for 175. I like it so far but initially I was a bit disappointed. I came from a two burner Weber before this one and that one heated up a lot quicker and the temperature went up higher. So it took me a while to get used to this one - it takes about five extra minutes to heat up compared to my Weber one but it doesn't go as high temps especially when ambient temp is low. It could be because this one is larger than my old one and has more vents. I do like the glass in the lid, that way you could see inside without having to open the lid and lose heat. I think it's a good deal for 185. I have had no rust issues with it - I bought a cover for it. I live in wisconsin.
I went through my purchase history and saw that I bought this almost exactly 1 year ago for $153. I have been using it basically nonstop since then.
Personally I love the grill, and it has some higher-end features like the stainless steel grate and whatnot. The igniter can be a little finicky - that part is true. But it just requires that you rotate the igniter controls very slowly - it takes a little getting used to but by no means a deal breaker.
I am super happy with my purchase and thought I got a lot of value out of it.
Assembly is deceivingly trickier than I thought it would be, and took me longer than I thought to put it all together. Regardless, highly recommend the product at any price less than $185
I refuse to buy anything from Walmart anymore, they're a bunch of incompetent idiots. There has not been a single time over the past 10 years that I've called or gone to Walmart for something that they've not screwed things up. NO MORE!!!!

I have had nothing but Excellent support for my Cuisinart 4-1 Pellet grill. I did have two issues which are common to pellet grills in general and they were quick in shipping me the new parts for installation.

This is the review I read before purchasing.

I'm a total grill nube, and my dad has grilled more on the grill than I have, but we've both found the grill to work very well.
For under 200 bucks, I think its probably the best bang for your buck available. Its not a Weber, but the build quality seems to be very good.
I haven't used to smoker feature, so i can't comment on that, but the included griddle is nice. It's a nice heavy duty cast iron griddle.
If you can find it, I think its a great deal at 185.

Several weeks it's been down. Doesn't sound promising that quantities will return based on how Walmart is sending them data.
