It still holds up pretty well actually. I've been rewatching it and watching Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling's Smallville rewatch podcast called Talkville on YouTube. They're going through every episode in order, and talking about memories of what was going on while it was being filmed.

V...OMG...totally forgot about that show. Those folks would be fat AF given the rat situations in major urban areas after the pandemic.

The modern V that was released was a great series. I was pretty sad when it got canceled. Seems like the right show at the wrong time 🥲

Seems to be most sci-fi/alien shows. The Expanse is the latest one that was successful, but even that one almost flopped until Amazon picked it up for the remaining season after syfy canceled it

Yeah, I enjoyed the V reboot too. I really wish it got another season at least.

Not exactly. The Expanse went for 3 seasons on Syfy. They canceled it. Amazon picked it up for 3 more seasons and canceled it.

One of my favorite shows of all time. Bummed when it finished. Pretty much allowed all the CW superhero shows to be green lit since it was a smash.

Also introduced us to Thad "Aquaman" Castle!
