Samsung HW-Q67CT 7.1ch Soundbar

Hello All : )
I am struggling with my Samsung HW-Q67CT 7.1ch Soundbar till date since i bought last year! DIalogue clarity is worse, my TV has got better sound than this soundbar! I was told there will be a firmware update to fix these but no help..
any suggestion would help! i am using hdmi eArc to connect.!

Check the settings on your TV regarding audio output and ARC. There are often a few modes.
Experiment with different modes and audio settings on the soundbar.
Try different methods of providing audio to the soundbar (soundbar also has hdmi pass through, an HDMI input and output (the arc port)). Try an optical cable to the TV (may be worse) or a receiver / bluray player.

There are quite a few 1 star reviews on samsung's website.

Well overall it has poor reviews and it is fairly old The only firmware update is
Firmware
UPGRADE FILE(USB TYPE)
Version 1006.0 (Multi Language) For how old it is I do not see them doing another update

latest update is from 6/21/2021

Yeah!! am using the eArc! will try switching to Optical Smilie
