They hardballed me refusing to resume at $5/month I had had, and would not go lower than a 20% increase were offering at $6.06/month + licence fees. (also increased by 20% as license fees are a percentage of your sub cost.) so I cancelled.
I got a call a couple days later for a "special deal" of $6.06+license fees. amazing idiocy. Said no thanks. I kept getting calls. Finally I got a call last week and started right out with the 3 years for $99. They denied it existed. Two minutes later they offered it to me. And on top of that no auto renew at rip off prices.
Getting the lowest subscription cost is important since your license fees are not per radio, nor for full price of subscription, but for your discounted price. so three years at 99 is $33 per year and WAY lower license fees per year. My yearly license fees are under 1/2 of those for same plan and stations as the $72/year plan they offered
I just do not get their model. It has always made me feel like I am dealing with scumbags in a boiler room op. I do not feel bad at all about grinding them.
Said I got the email of $99 3yr and gave the link, then said when I clicked check my account it re-directed to the 3mo for $1 link and gave them that link. Said I'd happily sign up for 3 years. They sent terms immediately, charged card for $114 and done. Good for 36months.

should have included it was for a 2012 VW and I started the the $6.99 promo on Dec 23rd 2022.
Opted to give up the 6 days left that had already been paid for to seal the deal now although the rep did say I could have started it on the 23rd. I also asked about transfering it if I traded in cars and was told yes it is transferable.

My lease ends in August on this vehicle and some comments say this is not transferable to another car, is that accurate? If that's the case, maybe I shouldn't do it then and the 1 yr for $72 (transferable) is better.
