85t is the previous top of the line model (I think I paid over $200 for mine). I personally like it but the tips are oval instead of circular so it doesn't seal as well as it should. I bought memory foam tips for it. Spec wise it seems a bit better than the pro but the 7 pro is the newest top of the line for jabra and seem to perform much better overall. They have bone conductive technology in this version during calls and the beam forming mics are better. 8hr battery vs 6hrs for the 85t which honestly sometimes only lasts me two hours on a plane before I get the battery low warnings. Also 85t is huge, they really stick out and fall out with movement, 7 pro are much smaller and a much better fit for most
Ebay has 15% off the refurbished price for these. Use code SAVE15REFURB
Price is 70.54 after the coupon. Also has a 2 year warranty so Ebay seems to be the way to go.
Same price on the Jabra website with greater cashback from most sites as well as the choice of three colors - black, titanium black and gold (easier for me to find when I drop them in the office).
They are all on the Jabra Deals page: https://www.jabra.com/deals#?pfs=...price-desc They are also offering brand new Elite 7 Pro with engraving for $129.

Bass depends on the size of the driver / or speaker - this has 6mm vs 12mm for 85t. (the bigger the better bass)
The main difference between both as some one previously asked is - Elite Pro 7 has the ability to use any of the buds . Prev generations like 85t, 65t - you could only use the right bud .So pick your poison !
Thanks for the response. I also noticed you said decent and low end. Would you caracterize these earbuds as low end?
these are high end earbuds. Great noise canceling, multi-point connectivity(rarely any buds have this, but important for 2 phones simultaneously, phone+comp), small size, awesome microphones. They are not heavy on base, more neutral, balanced sound.
had to have a defective set, the elite 7 pro is pretty much the standard in call quality in large part due to the bone conduction. I've never had problems with mine and all the reviews race about how good it is
Bone conduction only helps the wearer, while his comment was that people on the other end had problems hearing him.
First time hearing about these, I guess I was looking out for the 95t. Anyone upgrade from the 75t? Was it worth it to you? I love my 75t but I'm curious how they could make them even better.

Not much help, but I have the 75T and 65T. The 75's are great, I love them. The 65's have a better battery life, and are bigger, and more full sounding. For most of what I use the 75's for , phonecalls, they are perfect and one of only a very few with a physical mute button on the earbud. When I get my 7 pro's I can let you know, but deal will probably be over. Maybe on black friday another deal??
I bought these new on sale a while back. Compared to my old 65Ts they were so much more comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to send them back. Besides for music, I use them for work calls and meetings on my phone and computer. With these, no one could hear me speak. Pop my old 65Ts back in and everything is fine again. I didn't read of any issues with mic/call quality in official reviews before purchasing. But when looking for solutions, I found plenty of complaints in online reviews. Can anyone else comment on mic issues. I wouldn't mind trying them again if I just got a bad set.
I have the same issue, people I am talking to can't hear me. I went through the Jabra troubleshooting and warranty process. The replacements they sent out have the same problem. I gave up on them. Great sound quality, noise reduction, and comfortable, but I need callers to be able to hear me.

I've had so many issues with Jabra earbuds that I finally switched myself and the whole family over to Samsung. It's a real shame because we loved the Jabras when they worked. But I think they have too many issues and that's probably why they have so many refurb deals.
