Can you use these cards to pay your monthly prepaid charge online? The last card I bought with this promotion did not have a PIN on the card, online requires a PIN. Any help would be appreciated!

I bought them from Kroger before and it came with a pin. Do the cricket refills from Kroger no longer come with a pin?

why am I being charged sales tax on the ATT card? When buying through Target I don't get charged a tax.

For some reason, Kroger refill cards are state dependent for whether taxes/fees are charged. For me, there's only a flat .55 e-911 fee and I live in a sales tax state. So it may have to do with local telecomm statutes. Doesn't explain why Target doesn't collect them, though.

Set the bill to zip code to 59601. It should work until they flag you if you buy too many of them.

Not for me unless they have changed verification processes within the past 2 months. Always used street address, city, state and wrong zip and never had a transaction denied.
