Or, just use the Costco membership card you got before you added the Citi CC. Then insert your Amazon card.
When I signed up for Costco I got the credit card at the same time. They just gave me a paper print out of my membership and said to use that for a week until my Costco credit card came in. I said I wanted a seperate costco card, but they denied it.
