You're welcome. I was eyeing these too. Price dropped today was surprised it was not announced anywhere.

A lot of people recommend the LG but if you are not gaming ultrasharps are some of the best you can buy.

Thanks OP, now I can give my Dell U3415 to my wife. Was hoping this monitor would drop in price. It's a great monitor for productivity and the single USB-C cable for everything definitely helps.

I didn't find much review on this particular model
rtings has one for U3417W rtings review [rtings.com]
reddit though has user reviews [reddit.com]which said having color accuracy and uniformity issue

The u3419 is the comparable model. This one although not clearly stated is supposedly a native 10 bit panel as well. I'm guessing it's not and dell is just being dubious with the specs here.

Other thing is this uses almost half the power of the previous model.
