No charger. They are expecting you to already be a part of the Ryobi family. The battery is just a battery. You can plug the fan in on its own, but it doesn't charge the battery.

This isn't Milwaukee, but even it was, they have factories all over the world and just built another US one (95,000 square feet) near their headquarters in Wisconsin.

In for one, I've been scouring used online marketplaces for this and never seen it go for anything less than 50. The battery makes this one you shouldn't pass up if you are already in the ryobi 18v system
