Best Buy matched, but I can't imagine they have a free 5-year plan. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-5...Id=6501498

Good price for the C2. Last year we had the same (actually it was $1299.99) for the C1 (which I got) but we got additional perks as well ($100 streaming credit, 6mo. HBO max and separately a free lg bluetooth headset. That was a good deal. Check around perhaps there are similar offers/perks also available now. Also some months (4 mo. i think) later the TV on its own dropped in price (iirc ~$1100), so I recon a similar fate awaits the C2.

Should be interesting to see. Waiting for the 65 Inch C2 to hit $1599 like it did with Affess (military's PX) a month ago. Think currently manufactures used closed channels to move high inventory over short run while testing the water on a price move which when taken in all channels. Be interesting to see if improvements in supply chain and strong dollar lead to further price reductions. To the degree coming out of Covid lock down where every bought a new PC which and don't needs a new one (see AMD & Intel) carry overs into other consumer electronic products. In any case think they are moving away from Black Friday pricing downs across board for a limited period. Makes no sense as those prices become sticky.

Good price but I'm still holding. There was a limited time sale at lowes for the c2 55inch for $1200. Only reason I didn't buy is because I prefer buying big ticket items from Costco (extended warranty, return policy, concierge service, etc.) Even though that deal has come and gone, that price point has been established. I'll pull the trigger when Costco gets to that price point. Hopefully BF, but I can wait until pre super bowl.

It's been cheaper recently. Heck Lowes had it for like 1.56 or something.

I'm hoping like 1.3k for BF, but obvviously unlikely.
