This isn't terrible, if it was the new price I would buy one. The problem with b stock is you only get a one year warranty and you aren't really sure why it came back. In the case of the 3090, memory issues, you kind of cross your fingers and hope they were sorted if someone was mining on the card and cranking up the memory frequency. Personally I don't think anyone is going to have a problem buying 40 series. The largest purchaser of video cards by a New York mile is now out of the running. No more eth pow. It's basically back to pre 2016 demand levels more or less
evga is getting out of the gpu business. buyer beware.
Wait for 50 series, lol price will drop by then.

True - I'm too frugal to probably spend the money on it though (a 3090TI that is). I have a 3080 and it's great and will probably wait another year or three to upgrade.
