I actually paid a little more on sale for this thing a couple years ago. It's not top quality, but it works. My 6 and 4 year olds still occasionally use it. Just make sure it's tight and anchored, because when two go at the same time it twists a bit. It's made of cedar though, which is good for combatting the elements and pests. This is a good deal to me.
PS: Give yourself a lot of time to put it together!

How is the quality of this thing? I have no experience with outdoor set like this. My backyard isn't so big so this would be perfect. Thanks

I bought this in May for about $275. Mine got lost in transit and went around the United States for like two weeks. It came in looking like a patched burrito of cardboard holding everything together. Despite this everything was in good shape. I had 1 board that was minor split so I clamped and glued it. I was also missing hardware for the rocks but I improvised. I believe it has a 5 year warranty. It's supposedly made from cedar. Assembly took 7 hours. It's a good set overall. My kids 4 and 2 really like it.

Thank you! My son is only 2.5 now. But he's a outdoor kid so I was thinking of buying one of these.

Bought this for $200 about a month ago. My kids are 3.5 and 18 months, so it's the perfect size for them. Took me 6 hours, solo, to assemble. So far, it is what I expected for the price.
My main goal was to find something reliable to keep their attention when I didn't feel like taking them to a real park and so far so good! I spent another $50 on Amazon to add a bar attachment with rings (for my 3.5 year old) and a toddler swing (for my 18 month old), these are pretty easily interchangeable and provide more flexibility in play time.
Overall, for $200 and if you are getting this for kids under 5, it's a good deal!

I will echo your last paragragh...I have 6 year old twins (around 50 lbs each) and they are now a bit too big for it. It was perfect for the 3-5 age group (which is what we used it for). The "anchors" (which were partially rotten chunks of wood) were terrible - I bought metal anchors with straps from Amazon which worked great.
Bought this last time a bit over a year ago. Absolutely great app for visuals on building and basically did it by myself with my wife helping here and there. Few things,
-canopy blew and broke off the plastic in high wind
- wood needed to lightly sanded that kids sit on to the slide (small slats) as it could have splitered or cut someone.
All in all its a great basic swing set and kids certainly enjoy it from 3-7.

Not recommended, but I have lightly used it at 186 lbs.

That should be enough time to finish building by the time they're 8.5
