As some people here I got the email from PayPal that says "Your offer covered your entire purchase to Target." even though the order didn't go through xD

Don't waste your time, PayPal charging full amount after order fulfillment. Look at your PalPal activity history, discounts removed now.

PayPal is a scumbag company. Been using them for almost 25 years and I know they are total cheapskate ripoff artists. I knew these deadbeats would reneg quickly on this offer so I rushed to Target and got a $15 gc immediately and took massive screenshots of everything the whole way through.

But also received email from PayPal saying the purchase was covered with the 15 discount.

Same here. I had problem via browser but the through the Target app seems to work. However, my credit card was charged the full amount ($25 instead of $10) even though I got an email from PayPal saying that I got $15 off on my order. We'll see in a few days if the pending $25 sticks or not. I did this with the Starbucks offer and it went through with no issues.
