I must have did something wrong, saved the coupons, opened the target app, bought a $20 kids water bottle with PayPal as payment, got charged full price.
Where should I have seen the discount apply?

I was trying to buy actual stuff, it was not even GCs...

Great! Got the email "Your offer covered your entire purchase to Target." from PayPal but I have nothing under the Target's Order history...

Both offers still show in my account and it says $15 to be applied on a $25 gift card prior to checkout. Then place the order and am charged the full $25. If they are going to take one away, fine. But that's sleazy to charge me full price.

Same here. Same error again & again. PayPal servers are getting jammed up SD users or they caught up with the promo glitch.

You have to login to your paypal account. Use the same browser to click on the $10 link and $5 off 15 link. Click on shop now (Target) through the Paypal portal in the same browser. Then make your purchase using Paypal. You will get a confirmation email thanking your for being a great Paypal customer and showing $5 was redeemed and $10 was redeemed and your paypal charge will show the difference minus $15.

You should get a green checkmark saying the offer has been applied to your paypal account when you click on each offer (both $5 & $10). Do no close your paypal broswer and click show now which takes your to target.

It may not work on gift cards, check the terms.

I got confirmation email from Target and also from Paypal that my offers covered the cost.

Now Target says my order was cancelled due to technical error 😤
