Same here. I was charged the full amount whereas for the Starbucks one, the PayPal confirmation email showed "special offer" deducted from the total. I'm annoyed
Yup. Very annoyed. I was careful too because like the Starbucks order, I made sure that on the checkout page PP was only charging me the discounted amount. So when I saw that on the app PP was only going to charge me $10 ($25-$15) I click submit. But when I went to check my credit card it shows $25 pending instead of $10.
In for pickles for my Bloody Mary Sunday drink, but didn't work on PayPal even when saving the offer, so I cancelled the order. Going to pull the rug, going to pull my order.
Paypal gonna have fun cleaning up this mess tomorrow.... I tried to place order on web wouldn't let me. Tried placing on app and it gave me an error but Paypal emailed me saying it was good. I did it a few more times and have 3 "charges" in Paypal account and no Target order. Oh well....
saw $15 on the screen, checked out and got charged full $25. Tried another order, charged full price. Going to cancel orders. What a waste of 30 minutes
Can't be used to buy just $15 of GC. Bought merchandise and it went thru. Let's hope I get $15 back...
Did you received a confirmation email from Paypal? Does it show $15 in discount? If not, you are not going to get $15 back. It's not rebate that you get money back later thought Paypal. It's supposed to be immidiate discounts when you pay.

Added both $10 and $5 to my PP account then purchased eBay $25 GC on Target.com, in the same browser session, and it did not show any discounts at checkout. Then finished checkout paying with my PayPal and got charged the full amount. Not sure I can cancel the order or just wait, but it does say it takes 4 hours to get delivered to email. Checked email 10 mins later and I don't see any mention that any discounts were applied to my order from either Target or PP, and my CC says it got charged the full $25 amount.
