Same as everyone else. I ordered a $20 gift card, Paypal said it was only going to charge my card $5. After placing the order, I received a $20 charge on my card. I even received an email from Payapl saying I saved $15. Not sure what to do next.

Just did this like a min ago

I was trying to buy gift cards but no go. Just now I bought some Legos and this offer went through and received email with following

Subtotal $56.18 USD
Special Offer -$15.00 USD
Total $41.18 USD

HOWEVER, both my PayPal balance and CC are showing full amount pending.

Will probably just return the items if the offer wasn't applied at the end.

Open a case with PayPal to dispute the charge, attach your confirmation email. Do a charge back from your bank. Don't let PayPal steal money from you that you didn't authorize.
