Edit: Sounds like the issue he has with it is that normally if a criminal accesses your bank and takes your money, it would be protected... But if a criminal gains access to your Zelle, they can take money from your bank account, and the bank will say it isn't their problem.

The banks have the ability to fix this issue but have not.
Just understand by using some of these Bank apps you are taking a lot of risk that you may lose part or all of your money.
