Just curious as to what made you decide to buy a soundbar from them in the first place? Maybe it comes with experience, but I know what to buy and what not to buy from various vendors and I would never think to order a soundbar from MP for one of my customers or myself. However, I would and have bought ceiling speakers, in-wall speakers from them as well as cabling, mounts and connectors without any issues. I once had a VGA cable that went bad and they replaced it no problem without needing to ship it back. My recommendation would be to do your research and invest in a good soundbar from a reputable brand known for making a good product like that. My customers love the Sonos soundbars. I've installed a bunch and they do sound good!

Hmm, i have very different recent experience. I ordered a usb c dock, one of them port didn't act as a data port but as a charging usb c. I raised a RMA request and they sent a shipping label and refunded the full amount.

I also called them to add a small item to my existing item as otherwise the small item was incurring shipping charges. Support guy said he can not change the order but asked me to place the order and refunded the shipping fee.

Please not I am not saying your experience is not correct, just wanted to put some good experiences as it just happened a couple of weeks back.
