Buyer beware, bought 2 $100 codes, both were refused by PSN with error that they were already redeemed. Still waiting for Kinguin support to get back to me about replacement/ refund.

Is this just a generic store card where I can load money to buy stuff on the Playstation Store? For example...I could use this to pre-order God of War Ragnarok for my PS5?

Yes. I think the limit is $250 stored on account. Not 100% sure.

Yes you can, I would recommend you redeem them right away to your PSN account to make sure it works. Keep in mind that PSN Wallet only allow max $250 to be in there.
