Apple care worth it if you have habit of dropping things like phone etc. I buy Apple care on phone as I have more chances of losing it than breaking it

This is better, and a pretty good deal. If this was 4 months ago, I'd jump on it for sure.

But right now, you might buy it and leave it unopened during the return period. New iPads should land later this month and the 11" iPad Pro does not have the mini LED screen of the 12.9" model.

Not sure what it means for new product launches, but the latest rumor is Apple has scrapped its customary October media event. Some new products will be launched for sale, but as of now, it's a wait and see.

Credit card purchases usually double or 1 additional year of warranty. However, for a smoother warranty use, it's better to do a full refund of pre-sale price and get a brand new receipt of sale priced item, with date of purchase

New iPad pros are anticipated to have the new M2 chip. I'll wait till they come out before deciding on upgrading my 2017 10.5 pro. The A10X fusion chip is showing it's age and my screen shows some pixel damage from a possible battery issue. Its still overkill for my needs. I'm just streaming and browsing T&A. My iPad Air 2 is still being use.

I got it for $519.20 after using a 20% Word Teacher Day coupon sent out today by Staples. I assumed it wouldn't work but it didn't have any of the usual exclusions listed. I pointed that out and they did a manual override taking $129.80 off.
