The Amex Offer is 2times for 2x$40 and I got both credits already (ordered on Oct 2nd, 1 delivered 10/7 and credit posted 10/7 as well for 2 orders).
I placed the first order regularly and created and an account. The second order was done using Incognito mode and the only thing different was that I used a slightly different Gmail Address and the Name/Address/Phone etc were all the same.
The orders were a day apart and 1 delivered and 1 is supposed to today.

Since I lost my card I did a PayPal under me and another under the wife.
But neither registered to TCB CB anyway…
I generally dont have any issues but this time both my TCB orders are not showing up and most likely wont pay as they might not get paid as its an Amex channel payment (wild guess). I put in a claim but dont have high hopes and for others who show it in the account will probably be fine but that was a major reason for me to jump on this deal lol.....$21 CB and $31 later.

I have the same question. Got the same offer and wondering if I can pay with PayPal with Amex and receive the credit. The fist order got the credit really fast (within minutes) so thinking that I can cancel the order if I do not get the credit before it ships. Wondering also if I can triple dip and use the CB site again with different name 🤔
