What is the difference? 20% of $599 is $120 you will get the same amount off no matter which card you use? Unless you are planning on buying a computer that is more than $1500.

They're separate offers on two different cards if you break up a large purchase onto two separate cards you'll be able to take advantage of both

This is slick, I made a separate post yesterday where I got 10% off dell on my Amex plat bus card. I don't see this 20% off on any of my Amex cards when I checked this morning. Good deal if you got it!
