Ordered for pickup this morning. they canceled my order as it was out of stock. The store had one that they hid it behind the next TV shelf. Rang at $799 and the manager wouldn't give it to me for $299 as he claimed it was a price mistake. Frown

No, not true at all.

They don't have to legally honor anything. There is no legal requirement for companies to honor a price mistake.

The $299 price is shown for online, a physical location doesn't have to abide by that pricing if they choose not too.

Anyone thinking this wasn't a price mistake is crazy. Like is this a SCREAMING deal? Maybe not. But it's not some regular sale. Look at the "sale" price of every other store selling the q60b. This was clearly meant to be a different price.

I just went to BJs they had 2 in stock with the $299 price tag on the shelf, I used Express Pay a paid, the app crashed never gave me my QR code but my bank account shows pending charges. I spoke with customer service, who then had me speak with the manager who then had me speak with their general manager all there in the store. Lucky for me they were having a regional meeting at the store. Once they were done with their meeting, they came out and spoke with me, and instantly said. "We aren't selling you the tv for $300, it's clearly a mistake what are you trying to pull? You're only getting $50 off like it's supposed to be." All before I could even say "Hi." I honestly sat there quietly, and waited for over an hour and just to be treated like I was doing something wrong. I left with nothing bust wasted time and a canceled BJs membership.

I've snagged several TVs over the years from BJs this way. I even have their Samsung TV page bookmarked and sorted low to high. I once caught a 65" 7000 series for $199 shipped. It wasn't a great set compared to QLED but it was definitely a steal and definitely shipped.

EDIT: I searched SD and it was actually $149

BIL grabbed two, one for me and he got the other one. Just set it up and picture is good. Man the menu are just horrendous compare to Roku TV. Can't figure out why switching inputs are such a pita.

Lucky to jump on this train. But this doesn't have full local array dimming, coming from oled and a qn90a, I'm spoiled to not having to see LCD lit egdes. I'm thinking to return this during BF for an on sale TCL 5/6series.
