I've had them in use for 4 cameras for two years. They work VERY well and keep the battery charged. The only time I have issues is during sub 10F weather- the batteries have problems keeping charged when it's really cold. That happens maybe 3-4 times per winter in Ohio.

I own a ring doorbell 2 and spot camera. I've hooked up different solar panel types. It does snot matter what solar panel you plug in a long as it provides 5-8 VDC to the device. Get a stupid cheap solar panel off of ebay for like $7. I hooked up 2 $7 5W panels to my spot camera and it charges to 100% in 2 days. The ring app says I've hooked up a "ring solar panel" to it. It' DC Voltage. It can't tell a difference between an official device and random ebay stuff. Save yourself the money. I went with double the wattage because I love watts.
