It's a mediocre Garmin. It has almost no memory for extra apps and it is limited in a ton of ways vs the 245. If you are even close to considering upgrading from this, please do. It's a great watch, but it has some deficiencies that will leave you wishing you'd have bought up a bit more (really, to almost any other modern Garmin). My wife has this and my kids have 245s. I have a 255. The 245 and 255 are awesome. The 45 is solid, but not spectacular.
