Bit the bullet on the X2 because I needed a large format printer. Seems like a great deal!

Thanks OP!

3.5 out of 5 stars isn't bad and most of the "bad" reviews are clearly people who think 3D printing is a 'open the box and go' hobby that requires no effort, knowledge, or learning curve.

Titles from some of the 1 star reviews say a lot about the person slamming the product:
"Do not expect a ready-to-print configuration"
"Lacking critical information to print with!"
"Extreme Hassle!"

I bought one of these and I hate it. I have a lot of experience with 3D printing. The Sidewinder 2x has engineering issues. By the time you invest in fixing it you could have bought a better printer. You won't save money buying this.

I built a Voron v2.4, it's hands down the best printer I've ever owned.

I own an X2 as my first (and only) printer. It was worth the $350 it cost me in June. I can't speak for this vendor.

Never heard of hekka but I have the X1 (previous version) and it's been a great printer.
Bought it as a toy during February 2020 and help me maintain my sanity during the pandemic. I have designed and printed all kinds of stuff for the house, cars and boat.

I have ordered Flsun printers from hekka in the past with no issues. I picked up one of the Artillery printers this time because the price is pretty good. This will be my sixth order with hekka.

How long do they typically take to ship? I ordered the X2 on Monday and still nothing.

It took about a week or two at the most. Kind of a long time considering I'm a Amazon addict and like the prime shipping time frame. I just checked on my order for the Artillery printer and it says it is still in processing. I'm guessing sometime this week I'll see my order show up. I'm in no rush to get it to be honest. I already have other 3D printers and the Artillery printer I ordered is more to see what it can do. Also want a larger printer for larger prints.
If you haven't seen any movement on your order I would email them and ask what the status is. I had to do that once and they shipped out my order overnight. I still would order from them again. I use American Express for all my online orders since they will take care of every issue I may have.

You can do a lot of upgrades for the near $500 price difference of the X2 and Voron v2.4 and still have leftover to buy Christmas presents
