Its an AP, why do u need usb?
If it does, I got a 10 dollar off 30 dollar purchase coupon for buying this. Could use that to buy another for 20, get a mesh system going for 50 bucks.
With OpenWRT, you could plug a cheap/used LTE Pixel smartphone in and use it as a Wi-Fi 6 cellular hotspot.
Affordable OpenWRT Wi-Fi 6 gear with USB remains elusive. Most of it is running private/forked builds from Qualcomm.
It does work fine as a home WiFi router tho
Wondering about this too. The one on Amazon doesn't have the B at the end. Wonder if there's any real hardware difference

OpenWRT can make it work as a repeater
-thats more effort than I was willing to put into it. lol since I was able to change my RJ11 in the downstairs kitchen jack to a RJ45 jack. so just using as a WAP.
-never played with openWRT , but the wireless repeater in DDWRT worth SH!T. only getting 5mbps down when repeating, but I changed it back to regular router mode in DDWRT I am getting 200mbps with the same device and exact location. so been given up on custom firmware for a while.
-come on neatgear, not much difference between a wireless repeater and wireless bridge. make that an option.
Did you set the wifi speeds back up to max? Default is lower for some reason
